In a sun-drenched city like Arles, where temperatures can soar, we found that the traditional concept of a pool and its energy-intensive nature conflicted with our values and the eco-friendly ethos of our project.

We envisioned our rooftop as a surrealistic pool (Without water) where you can refresh not only your body but also your soul with a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Our cocktail menu consists solely of fresh ingredients sourced from organic agriculture and virtuous distilleries.

The wine list features only winegrowers who respect their terroir, with a focus on domains that prioritize alchemy over chemistry.

Within this mirage of mosaics, your eyes will be able to quench their thirst with one of the most breathtaking views of our beautiful city.
